The Path from Our Forge to Your Cave

The provisions of Neandergains are not pulled from a dusty shelf in a modern warehouse. Each piece of gear is forged with purpose, on-demand, only after you have commanded it. This is the way of strength and eliminates the waste of the modern world.

Here is what you must know about the journey of your order.

The Forging (Production Time):

Your order is a command to our network of master smiths. Once the command is received, they begin the forging process. This typically takes 2-7 business days. This is the time required to print your "Berserker Tee" or embroider the 'N' on your cap with the care it deserves.

The Hunt (Shipping Time):

Once your gear is forged, it begins its journey to your cave. Shipping times are in addition to the forging time.

• Domestic (USA): 3-5 business days

• International: 7-21 business days

You will receive a smoke signal (an email notification with a tracking number) the moment your gear has been shipped.

A Note on Multiple Shipments:

If your order contains multiple types of provisions (e.g., a t-shirt and a hat), they may be forged in different locations and begin their hunt separately. This means you may receive your items in multiple packages at slightly different times.

The wisdom of our digital scrolls travels at the speed of thought. You will receive a secure download link via email immediately after your purchase is complete.
