The Law of the Forge: Our Vow to the Clan

At Neandergains, we forge every piece of gear on-demand, specifically for the clan member who orders it. Our provisions are tools of strength, and we stand behind their quality with the honor of a chieftain.

Damaged or Flawed Gear:

If your gear arrives from the forge damaged, with a flawed print, or is the incorrect item, we will replace it without question. This is our vow.

To initiate a replacement for a flawed item, you must send a smoke signal (email) to [Your Customer Service Email] within 14 days of receiving your gear. Please include:

• Your order number.

• A clear description of the issue.

• A photograph showing the damage or flaw.

Once we receive your signal, we will command the forge to craft a replacement for you immediately.

Sizing, Exchanges, and Returns:

A warrior chooses his armor with care. Because each piece of gear is forged specifically for you when you order it, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer's remorse.

To ensure you choose correctly, we have provided a detailed Sizing Scroll (sizing chart) on every apparel page. Please consult it with the focus of a hunter before you make your selection. This policy allows us to maintain our strength as a small clan and continue providing high-quality, custom-forged gear.

Digital Scrolls (PDFs & Plans):

Our digital scrolls contain sacred wisdom. Once this knowledge is passed to you, it cannot be returned. Therefore, all sales of digital products (PDFs, workout plans, diet plans) are final and non-refundable.
